IGCSE PAST EXAMS


Please find below actual IGCSE History exams from the past five years. You can use these to see what kind of questions have been asked in the past to help you prepare for the actual exam you will take in the future. There are three exams you will take:

Paper 1 - An exam that asks you to answer two 20th Century History questions and one question on our Depth Study (The Arab-Israeli Conflict). This is an essay style exam that you should spend about 40 minutes writing on each of the three questions you need to answer.

Paper 2 - A source work examination that asks you to evaluate different sources that are provided to you.

Paper 4 - Depth Study examination (The Arab-Israeli Conflict). The style is a combination of Paper 1 and Paper 2. You will answer two questions, one essay style and the other source work.
